Burson-Marsteller has presented a very important research – Media practice in Europe – which, thanks to the partners Chapter 4 agency in Belgrade, included a large number of Serbian journalists. The research illustrates and explains huge changes in traditional media, as well as new tendencies caused, primarily, by world financial crisis and increased importance and influence of social networks and new media.
