Cross-border events in the transboundary UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Mura-Drava-Danube

WWF in alliance with EuroNatur and many partner NGOs celebrated the first Amazon of Europe Day in Sombor on 14 July 2013 with various events on the natural riverbanks of the Mura, Drava and Danube. Participants of the event took part in the “Big Jump” into the waters of Mura and Drava, aexactly at three o''clock. Big jump is part of a European campaign for clean the river and was held across Europe.
