How to feel a little better on Mondays (for employed people)

We all know why we feel depressed on Mondays, but few of us know how to deal with that bad mood.

In my case, dislike towards Mondays dates back to the elementary school, and I can freely say that my Monday mood has now also extended to my Sunday afternoons. I''m sure most of the population can identify with this statement.

For years I was looking for a magic formula to delete this day, failing every time.

I''m surprised that a book that deals with this issue hasn’t been published yet, taking into account that there are books named: how to survive a breakup, how to survive the move to new home ... Where is a serious book dealing with surviving Mondays?

What I have discovered in the meantime is how to make the first working day of the week easier to bare and I will use this opportunity to share this finding with you.

If not you cannot take a Copernican turn in the order of days of the week, you can at least change your attitude towards it.

Here are my nine tips for a better mood Mondays:
1. Go out the night before and have fun like it’s not Monday tomorrow
2. After shower, apply the sun crème
3. Wear red shoes (optional for men’s clothing)
4. For breakfast, surprise organism with burek and yogurt
5. Everything that you would do tomorrow finish today
6. Have 10 minutes for team exercises against spondylosis
7. Unless someone does this before you (which is highly unlikely if it’s not your birthday), surprise yourself with a little gift
8. Sing while working (as long as it does not compromise productivity of colleagues around you)
9. Write a blog post

And when this is all done, it''s already the end of Monday.

I’m sure that by this time you will have your evening planned.

With faith that once in the future a Tuesday will come after Sunday, have a happy Monday.
