Internet of Things day in Belgrade

Ericsson and Center for the Promotion of Science marked the Internet of Things Day at the European Center for Culture and Debate in Belgrade introducing the concept of the IOT and Ericsson''s vision of a Networked society.
Internet of Things is a technology that is rapidly evolving and becoming part of the everyday life of the average Internet user in which all the objects, that we use, are interrelated. Our society today is quite different from that of just ten or twenty years ago. The rise of the internet, the growth and diffusion of mobile devices has changed the world in fundamental ways, and will continue to do so.
As a part of the Internet of Things day there were demonstrated the specific application of this advanced technology through several exhibits like Internet of Things LED lamp, Eriksson’s ecoBus and Participatory sensing project.
