MOL Group Financial Results for the First Quarter of 2026: Profit Before Tax Reached $212 Million
MOL Group today announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2026. The Group achieved a profit before tax of $212 million, with the positive impact of higher hydrocarbon prices offset by volatility in crude oil supply and the negative effects of price controls.

The most significant event of the quarter was the commissioning of INA’s €700 million delayed coker unit in Rijeka.

Zsolt Hernádi, Chairman and CEO of MOL Group, commented on the results: “The geopolitical uncertainties, supply security challenges, and government interventions that marked last year intensified further in the first quarter. The conflict in Iran, the disruption of the Druzhba pipeline, and price regulation across the region tested our resilience.”
