MOL Group's results in the second quarter led to a crisis, but free cash flow remained positive
08/17/2020 • Customer news
MOL Group announced its financial results for H1 and
Q2 2020. In the first six months, the MOL Group generated $ 975 million in
EBITDA, while EBITDA in Q2 fell significantly from last year, due to the
pandemic and economic crisis. The Capex guidelines of up to $ 1.5 billion have
been confirmed, implying the continuous generation of simplified free cash
flows in 2020.
Despite the challenges, the simplified FCF remains positive in Q2 and is virtually unchanged in the first six months at $ 356 million as sustainable Capex is downsized in response to the pandemic and the aftermath of the economic crisis.
