Nenad Miščević, General manager of PepsiCo West Balkan in column Economic minds in magazine Nedeljnik, writes about how PepsiCo won the prestige award Top Employer. In a line with principles of ,,Performance with Purpose”, by promoting diversity, women inclusion in managerial positions, as well as by realizing a great number of educational projects, PepsiCo became Top Employer. The company has also won the award for Bosnia and Hercegovina market which made them the only with this certificate.
