Netokracija’s research — 97% of companies use AI, Claude is the most popular tool

Netokracija Serbia conducted a survey on the use of AI tools among developers in the local IT scene, inspired by the JetBrains research, on a sample of over 1,000 respondents, with 60% having more than 10 years of experience in the industry.
The results show a high level of AI adoption in everyday work — 97% of companies use AI, while 90% of respondents report using it on a daily basis. Among the tools, Claude Code (71%) leads, followed by ChatGPT (64%), while Gemini and GitHub Copilot are also highly ranked.
As many as 88% of respondents believe that AI has become a permanent part of business infrastructure rather than a passing trend.
