Tamara Bekčić, Director and Cofounder of Chapter 4 in Serbia, took part in the survey of the Market Network Magazine regarding the topic " Business success of colleagues that you are most proud of."

"I would say it is internal and external partnership. Thanks to each of our colleagues in the agency exists very positive atmosphere that inspires, encourages working enthusiasm, and thus has excellent business results.

Having that in plan we are keeping the desired standard, but for a concrete result credit goes to each of the team members. Individual responsibility in personal growth, as well as overall team output on a daily basis, is what held us as an organization in a different market changes."
