WWF Celebrates the Day of European Amazon

July 13th, 2014 at 3 pm over a thousand people jumped into the waters of Danube, Drava and Mura river, across the prospective UNESCO cross boarder natural reserve. The aim of this jump was to emphasize the importance of clean rivers and healthy river ecosystems. With this action, among many others on the Danube, Drava and Mura river, WWF has celebrated the day of "European Amazon" together with its partners.
